PRINT AND GRAPHIC DESIGN

Sweenie  Manufacturing offers original print design and creative graphics as an a la carte service or in conjunction with a full service line development plan.

TEXTILE DEVELOPMENT AND SOURCING

Sweenie Manufacturing has domestic and overseas mill partners that allow us to offer a variety of base fabrics, whether custom or in stock.

For activewear, we can develop specialized fabrics with such technical features as anti microbial, water repellency and quick dry finishes.

For swimwear and intimates (women’s lingerie - such as bras & panties as well as men’s boxers and tees), we can develop prints as sublimation, digital or rotary on a wide variety of base fabrics. 

We also have mill partners that specialize in Pima cotton, French terry and fleece options for tees, hoodies and sweatpants.

Our support team does seasonal trend research and attends tradeshows both domestically and overseas, to be able to offer you the most current trends in swimwear, activewear, and intimates.

PATTERNMAKING AND SAMPLES

Sweenie Manufacturing offers design and product development that includes guidance through the patternmaking and fit process.

The ability to interpret the aesthetic of each design is key, and much more than a matter of just meeting a spec guideline.  

We have industry professionals in our pattern and sample room that have years of experience and expertise in swimwear, activewear and intimates. 

TRIM AND PACKAGING DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Sweenie Manufacturing offers full service design and production for all trims and packaging.

PRODUCTION

Sweenie Manufacturing has strategic production partners domestically and overseas.  We offer full service control from order placement, procurement, throughout the approval process, and on to product delivery.

We review all first fit samples, preproduction samples and T.O.P. samples to ensure proper fit, construction and finish is achieved.

We review all fabrics for base quality, print and color approval, as well as providing any required testing necessary.

We have quality control to inspect the goods throughout the production process and upon completion to ensure all standards are met.

We deliver to your warehouse anywhere in the US or overseas.
